This letter is in reference to contractor Ryan Hill of DaVille Development / America's Mobile Showrooms. In March of 2007, we contracted with Ryan for renovation of approximately one-half of our 1,800 s.f. 12th floor condominium. The relationship was one of owner/architect and the project was complex in design. It involved all aspects of gutting/relocating/finishing interior walls and cabinets in the master bath, bedroom, closets, entry hall, dining room and living room including removing/replacing interior doors and floor coverings as well as installing outdoor terrace floor tile.
During the course of the project, Ryan and his crew were always respectful of the strict homeowner’s association regulations in the building concerning reconstruction projects. Although there were typical unexpected issues and surprises that occurred, Ryan always responded with expertise and a positive attitude to ensure our requirements were met. As change orders were required or requested they were always reasonably accommodated.
Although the project ran longer than anticipated, we were very satisfied with the outcome. As testament, we would contract with Ryan Hill again on future remodeling projects.
